As a Staff Developer with over six years of Ruby on Rails experience, you’ll be instrumental in creating secure, scalable software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead projects that improve code quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design secure and scalable software architectures

• Implement best practices for OO, DDD, and microservices

• Use AI to enhance development processes

• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and performance

• Facilitate communication among stakeholders

Requirements:

• 6+ years experience with Ruby on Rails

• Proficiency in domain-driven design and performant code

• Experience with AWS and secure coding practices

• Strong data engineering skills including complex SQL

• Proven track record of using AI to simplify workflows
