Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Developer with proficiency in developing native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
Responsibilities- Design and develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications that meet the needs of the business.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of mobile apps.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development technologies and trends.
- Debug and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed mobile applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for mobile development.
- Strong programming skills in Swift or Kotlin for iOS and Java for Android.
- Proficient in Object‑Oriented Programming and software design patterns.
- Experience with mobile app design, development, and deployment.
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in mobile app development.
- Proven track record of delivering high‑quality, successful mobile apps.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with mobile app testing and quality assurance processes.
- Preferred, but not required: flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
Base salary for this role if filled within Calgary is CAD $75,000 –$80,000 per year and benefits (see below).
