With over 10 years of experience in building scalable production systems, you will have the opportunity to tackle complex problems and enhance team capabilities. Your deep backend fundamentals and judgment in AI tool utilization will be crucial for shaping high-quality engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own cross-team projects from design to production
• Utilize AI as a multiplier in development processes
• Influence architectural decisions across services
• Collaborate with product and design as a peer
• Mentor engineers through reviews and feedback
Requirements:
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Rails, Django, or Node.js
• Strong communication skills for complex technical discussions
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in project requirements
• Familiarity with AI in software engineering
