Userful is in search of a Full-Stack Developer with 3-4 years of professional experience, ready to tackle complex software projects. In this role, you will design and implement backend services in Java while developing consumer-friendly frontends in React and Type Script. Engage in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of our Visual Networking Platform, making a difference in the tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build high-concurrency backend services using Java

• Develop responsive frontends with React and Type Script

• Optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries

• Collaborate on software-defined AV-over-IP systems

• Ensure code quality through peer reviews and modern practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience

• Strong Java skills and familiarity with web frameworks

• Understanding of databases, especially PostgreSQL

• Competence with Git and Linux environments

• Strong communication abilities in English
