Founding Full Stack Engineer in Healthtech

Step into an exciting opportunity with a healthtech SaaS startup as a Founding Full Stack Engineer. Own the architecture and implementation for four integrated products serving multi-hospital enterprise clients.

In this senior, hands-on role, you will craft core infrastructure, data models, and AI-driven workflows, aiming for secure enterprise-grade SaaS  will work closely with product teams to align engineering outcomes with the clinical needs of customers while defining standards for CI/CD and testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own architecture and implementation for multiple integrated products

• Design data models for multi-hospital organizational structures

• Build AI workflows for document management and retrieval

• Implement enterprise infrastructure with SSO/SAML and RBAC

• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate clinical requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SaaS product development experience

• Strong full-stack skills in Type Script, React, and Node.js

• Proven backend design for multi-tenant applications

• Experience with enterprise auth and integrations including audit logging

• Ability to work in an early-stage startup environment
