Drive technical excellence as the Platform Development Lead with IMDEX. You will lead a cross-functional team, ensuring production reliability and enhancing the quality of our SaaS solutions.
As the Platform Development Lead, you will spearhead a dedicated team of Dev Ops specialists and QA engineers.
Your role includes managing production reliability, leading bug triage, and engaging with stakeholders to improve system performance. You will empower your team members to reach their full potential while implementing effective strategies for incident response and quality enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and develop a cross-functional platform team
• Own production monitoring strategy and observability tools
• Lead bug triage processes and root cause analysis
• Communicate production updates with internal stakeholders
• Oversee design and development of engineering infrastructure
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years in Dev Ops or platform engineering roles
• Experience in people management and team growth
• Proficient with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders
