As a Sustaining Firmware Manager, you will guide a team dedicated to enhancing Arlo's existing product line. Your responsibilities include issue triage, root cause analysis, and coordinating timely fixes to elevate the user experience. We're looking for a strong leader to oversee cross-functional collaboration and systematic issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage field issue intake and prioritization

• Establish monitoring dashboards and health metrics

• Own release planning and delivery of fixes

• Lead a team focused on root cause and tests

• Ensure effective escalation management and collaboration

Requirements:

• 5+ years in engineering management, preferably in embedded systems

• Familiar with RTOS, embedded Linux, and IoT ecosystems

• Strong understanding of firmware development and debugging

• Experience in managing bug triage and release trains

• Excellent communication skills across teams
