This role is pivotal as Moby elevates its architecture to support national-scale operations across its fibre network. You will own the target-state architecture and spearhead migrations off legacy systems, focusing on billing and CRM. Deep ERP experience, especially with Odoo or similar platforms, is essential for this hands-on position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own target-state architecture across all operational domains

• Lead consolidation onto a modern single platform

• Design AI integration within operations for efficiency

• Establish data, security, and integration standards

• Provide hands-on leadership to the technical team

Requirements:

• 6+ years in enterprise or solution architecture

• Experience with ERP migrations, preferably Odoo

• Proven record in correctness-critical systems

• Background in designing AI systems and context engineering

• Strong communication skills to interact across functions
