As a Software Development Manager at Curve Dental, you will oversee multiple development teams, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Architects. Your mission is to ensure high-quality software delivery while supporting team performance and growth. You will also take part in technical decision-making, mentoring developers, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop software engineering teams to deliver high-quality software

• Mentor and manage developer performance and career growth

• Coordinate day-to-day development tasks and activities

• Drive technical backlog and assist in project delivery

• Participate in architectural design and establish coding standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years managing software developers in large-scale applications

• 8+ years in professional software development (SaaS)

• Expertise in AWS architecture and relational databases

• Strong programming experience in C#, Java, or PHP

• Capable of managing dependencies and improving team productivity
