Lead Software Engineer for Windows Apps

In this senior role, you will design, architect, and develop native Windows desktop applications using the Windows App SDK and relevant frameworks. Collaborate with product designers and QA teams to ensure a user-centric approach and high-quality standards while driving accessibility efforts to meet diverse user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture and development of Windows desktop apps
• Define and enforce best practices for code and performance
• Integrate accessibility APIs for inclusive design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature planning
• Diagnose and resolve performance and compatibility issues
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Windows application development
• Strong skills in C#, XAML, and Windows frameworks
• Proven track record in production-quality software
• Experience with accessibility APIs for Windows
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
