Clear Gov is in search of four Senior Software Engineers who bring both technical expertise and a collaborative spirit. In this role, you will engage in cross-functional partnerships to develop scalable and maintainable software solutions, all while contributing to a positive engineering culture. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our mission—improving local government financial reporting and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-impact work for the budgeting platform

• Design and implement scalable solutions from concept to production

• Ensure adherence to best practices and participate in code reviews

• Collaborate with Product and Dev Ops for feature delivery

• Actively contribute to sprint planning and execution

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of software engineering experience

• Strong understanding of software development best practices

• Proven experience with SQL and database management

• Comfortable in Agile environment with predictable deliverables

• Track record of solving complex software challenges
