Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and implementation of CSM solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project success
• Develop workflows and integrations to enhance customer service
• Mentor junior developers in best practices and standards
• Oversee troubleshooting and quality assurance processes
Requirements:
• University degree in a relevant field
• At least 7 years of experience in software development
• 5+ years of hands-on Service Now CSM implementation
• Strong background in Agile and enterprise solutions
• Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems
