KPMG Canada seeks an experienced Software Delivery Manager to guide teams in project execution and technical design. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in software solutions, strong knowledge of C# and .NET, and proficiency in modern programming languages. As part of the Cloud & Software Engineering team, you will oversee work streams and mentor consultants while navigating collaboration across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead software delivery for applications and cloud platforms
• Provide technical direction throughout development and deployment
• Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions
• Review codes, architecture, and test strategies
• Coach and support mid-level engineers on best practices
Requirements:
• 7+ years in designing and delivering software applications
• Proficiency in C# and modern programming languages
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud services
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
