Lead transformative AI efforts as the Applied AI Lead at Sia in Calgary. Engage in a dynamic, technical role focusing on production-ready AI solutions.
In this position with Sia's Energy & Transportation, and Industrials practice, you will design and build innovative AI solutions tailored for client environments. Your technical expertise will directly support business goals, collaborating with AI Transformation Managers and other technical staff. This role requires hands-on execution to ensure the delivery of sustainable AI implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prototype and deploy AI agents and workflows for clients
• Develop production-quality code for effective scaling
• Integrate AI solutions into existing client data systems
• Collaborate with various technical teams to ensure feasibility
• Evaluate new AI platforms for production readiness
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of experience in AI solution deployment
• Expertise in Generative AI and related technologies
• Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure
• Ability to communicate technical language effectively to stakeholders
