In this role, you will design, develop, and support modern cloud-native applications that enable commercial, operational, and analytical functions across the Gas Transmission business. As a senior hands-on technical contributor, you will build business-critical solutions, influence architecture, strengthen engineering standards, mentor developers, and help shape technical roadmaps.

What You Will Do   Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and cloud-native applications using technologies such as React, Type Script, C#, .NET, Entity Framework, Azure services, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and Azure SQL.
Translate business requirements and solution designs into high-quality software while contributing to technical architecture, solution planning, design discussions, and product roadmaps.
Build and enhance automated testing frameworks, including Playwright end-to-end testing, and develop reliable Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Git Hub Actions.
Apply modern engineering, Dev Ops, security, peer review, and quality assurance practices throughout the software development lifecycle, including the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-assisted development and productivity tools.
Troubleshoot complex application issues, conduct root cause analysis, optimize application performance and data flows, and document technical designs, operational procedures, and support knowledge.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, subject matter experts, development teams, service providers, and vendors while mentoring developers and promoting technical excellence and continuous learning.
Who You Are   Hold a bachelor’s degree or a two-year technical diploma. A degree or diploma in Computing Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
6+ years of full-stack software development experience, preferably with experience supporting the oil and gas industry or Gas Transmission Pipeline Commercial business.
Demonstrated development experience with C#, .NET, React, Type Script, JavaScript, Entity Framework, xUnit, REST APIs, and cloud-native application architectures.

Experience with Dev Ops and Agile development, Git Hub source control, Git Hub Actions CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, unit testing, Playwright, and developer productivity tools.
Solid understanding of Azure cloud and data technologies, including Azure Container Apps, Azure Web Apps, Function Apps, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure SQL, No

SQL, PostgreSQL, PaaS, data transformation, and application integration security.
