In this role, you’ll be part of SLB's Dynamics team, utilizing your strong programming skills and knowledge of numerical methods to build high-performance simulation solutions. You will engage in a full range of development activities, from creating algorithms in C++ and Python to validating simulation models, while exploring applications of AI to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Improve simulation algorithms for time-dependent systems
• Document and validate simulation capabilities
• Build maintainable code in C++ and Python
• Collaborate with teams to solve engineering problems
• Identify and tackle simulation accuracy issues
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Chemical or Process Engineering preferred
• Hands-on experience with simulation engines
• Strong computational problem-solving skills
• Interest in AI/ML techniques
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
