The Senior Data Platform Engineer will serve as the technical anchor, driving hands-on data engineering and product development. Your expertise will bridge architectural vision with production-grade execution, enhancing our data ingestion pipelines and lakehouse systems. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure our data platform is robust, scalable, and user-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead hands-on technical development for data pipelines
• Design and implement a data democratization strategy
• Develop the medallion architecture on AWS lakehouse
• Ensure pipelines are configuration-driven and easy to manage
• Promote data product discoverability and quality
Requirements:
• 8+ years in scalable development and data platforms
• 2+ years in technical leadership roles
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in AWS and data engineering tools
• Experience with event-driven architectures and CI/CD practices
