MuleSoft Integration Developer

We are looking for an experienced Mule Soft Integration Developer with strong expertise in Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, API development, and ESB-based integrations to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise integration solutions.

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration solutions using Mule Soft Anypoint Platform.
• Build, manage, and support APIs using API-led connectivity principles.
• Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services, API integrations, and system-to-system interfaces.
• Implement integration flows using Anypoint Studio, Mule Runtime, and Data Weave.
• Configure and manage API policies, security, access control, and API lifecycle management using Anypoint API Manager.
• Integrate enterprise applications, databases, and cloud-based systems using appropriate integration patterns.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot integration failures, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Monitor integration performance, optimize application flows, and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Follow best practices for coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and CI/CD.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in integration development, middleware, and enterprise application integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, Runtime Manager, API Manager, and Exchange.
• Experience developing APIs using RAML or OpenAPI specifications and implementing API-led connectivity.
• Proficiency in Data Weave for data transformation, mapping, and payload manipulation.
• Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, HTTP, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Experience with Mule flows, connectors, error handling, exception management, and reusable integration components.
• Solid understanding of ESB architecture, messaging systems, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, and database integrations, preferably Oracle.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and L2/L3 production support experience.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git and build/deployment tools such as Maven.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
• Programming exposure to Java and a good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Apache Kafka, JMS, or other messaging platforms.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, or Git-based pipelines.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, Oracle applications, or other enterprise systems.
• Experience with API security standards, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and TLS.
• Exposure to IBM integration tools or enterprise asset management platforms such as Maximo.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas / Energy domain.
• Mule Soft certifications such as Mule Soft Certified Developer – Level 1 or higher.

• 6+ years of experience in integration development, middleware, or enterprise application integration.
• Hands-on experience delivering Mule Soft-based integration solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Experience across the integration development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with technical teams, and contribute to enterprise integration architecture and best practices.
