As a Senior Routing Engine Developer, you will create scalable backend services for voice and digital interactions. You will apply distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native engineering. Your work supports routing across agents, queues, skills, channels, and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Design enterprise-scale engines distributing interactions in real time
Implement routing algorithms using skills, priorities, and availability
Develop Java, Spring Boot services and integration components
Maintain APIs for configuration, administration, monitoring, and integrations
Optimize concurrency, fault tolerance, resiliency, and performance
Requirements:
8+ years of software engineering experience
Expert Java and Spring Boot experience
Distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs, and performance engineering expertise
Contact center routing logic development experience
PostgreSQL or comparable relational database experience
Apply Java, Spring Boot, distributed architecture, and routing expertise to Miratech’s real-time CX platform engineering.
