As a Senior Software Developer on MNP’s Technology - Development team, you will translate business processes and operational challenges into effective technical solutions. You will work with business stakeholders, product teams, and end users while applying expertise across backend and frontend technologies. Your judgment will guide secure, maintainable, and reliable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand business processes, objectives, challenges, and opportunities
Evaluate technical approaches across performance, security, and cost
Use modern tools and AI-assisted technologies across delivery
Deliver solutions iteratively using feedback and operational insights
Mentor team members and improve development standards
Requirements:
Extensive enterprise software design and development experience
Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
Experience with backend and frontend technologies
Production experience with agentic AI development tools
Cloud infrastructure and automated delivery experience
Apply enterprise development, cloud, and AI expertise to build secure, maintainable solutions at MNP.
