Responsibilities:
Deliver service excellence to members and guests by exceeding service standards by going above and beyond while greeting members and guests as they arrive, building relationships and ensuring they are equipped with everything to enjoy a round of golfCompleting maintenance, up keeping and storage management of golf clubs, pull carts and electronic power caddies to the preference of members and guestsProvide serviced and spotless power carts while ensuring rotation and implementation of power cart rental policiesPromptly address member question and concerns and if necessary, refer them to a supervisor to ensure their question or concern is answeredMaintain good and open communication across all departments at the Golf courseQualifications:
Must have a positive attitude with a proven track record of excellent serviceProfessional and clear communication skillsAbility to strive in team and independent settingsMust be comfortable standing or walking during the length of shift and be able to repetitively lift supplies weighing up to 35lbsGolf knowledge is considered an assetFirst Aid & CPR Certification is considered an assetReliable transportation is required as there is no public transportation to our locationWhy choose us:

These are Full-Time and Part Time positions that reports to the Outdoor Services Manager. The successful candidate must have availability during the day and maybe required to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace and Respect in Sport online certifications prior to commencing employment.
