• The Lear 45 Captain is responsible for the proficient and safe operation of the Lear 45 aircraft.
• Perform all required duties and responsibilities associated with the Lear 45 aircraft.
• Strictly adhere to safety regulations in accordance with company requirements, Transport Canada, and CARs (Civil Aviation Regulations).
• Execute any additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Pilot and/or Deputy Chief Pilot

• Must hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence, along with a valid Instrument and Type rating (if required).
• 3,500 hours Total Time.
• 2,000 hours PIC.
• 2,000 hours Multi-Engine.
• 1,500 hours Multi PIC.
• 200 hours jet.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience on the Lear 45.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service abilities.
• Possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit good organizational and time management skills.
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to the safety accountabilities as per Sunwest’s Safety Management System manual.
