Schedule:

Four days on and four days off rotating shift that includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, based on a 12-hour workday.

From making flight plans, booking crew travel and accommodation to global logistics, you will take the utmost care of our clients and pilots.

Flight Supporter with Air Sprint is a dynamic, exciting, and rewarding role making it happen day in and day out.

In this role you will:

  • Complete all operational logistics for each trip, ensuring efficient and compliant execution.
  • Communicate and monitor the completion of overseas flight requirements with third-party international trip planning.
  • Prepare preliminary flight plans and provide supporting weather details for aircrew.
  • Effectively communicate flight details and provide supporting documents to aircrew in a timely manner.
  • Assist with flight following as required by the Company Operations Manual and CARs 604/704 (Class

    C).
  • Ensure Irregular Operations (IROPs) mechanisms are proactive and timely to preserve exceptional quality of operations and customer service
  • Assist with booking crew travel logistics in accordance with company standards and policies when the Travel Coordinators are not on shift.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Operation Control Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of related experience facilitating operational logistics, preferably within the aviation industry.
  • Knowledge of Transport Canada Regulations and Standards.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Demonstrated ability to read and understand weather reports.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Completed Transport Canada’s Flight Dispatcher Generic Written Examinations (FDOPS and FDMET)
  • Restricted Operator Certificate (ROC-A).
