Fleet Coordinator Utility Operations

Join Arctic Arrow as a Fleet Coordinator, responsible for effective fleet operations in Western Canada. Ensure compliance and reliability for our transportation needs across Alberta and British Columbia.
You will report to the Fleet Manager and be key in coordinating daily fleet repairs and maintenance. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills as you work closely with service providers and field teams. Your expertise will help enhance operational readiness while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer fleet maintenance and compliance strategies
• Liaise with repair facilities and third-party service providers
• Track maintenance costs and operational trends
• Ensure timely insurance and licensing for fleet
• Support fleet lifecycle management and audits
Requirements:
• At least 5 years' fleet maintenance experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• In-depth knowledge of fleet equipment
• Familiarity with utility or construction environments
• Valid Class 1 or 3 Driver's Licence preferred
