Position: Fleet Maintenance Service Advisor Role
Become a critical part of our fleet maintenance operations in Balzac, Alberta, as a Service Advisor. This role combines technical expertise with customer support to ensure our fleet remains operational.

You'll coordinate repairs, manage vendor interactions, and facilitate road calls while upholding safety and compliance standards. As the main point of contact for drivers and technicians, you'll play a key role in ensuring organizational efficiency through effective communication and multitasking. Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison among drivers, operations, and vendors

• Oversee repair orders from start to finish

• Convert driver concerns into actionable solutions

• Manage road call responses and timelines

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Service Advisor or related role experience

• Solid grasp of heavy-duty trucks and trailers
