Position: Driver/Mover Role at WINS Charity
Join WINS in Calgary as a Driver/Mover, supporting the community through safe and efficient donation transport. Be part of a team that values kindness and positive donor experiences.

In this essential role, you will operate WINS trucks to pick up and deliver donations, ensuring a seamless and respectful experience for donors and clients. Collaboration with team members is key, as you load and unload inventory while maintaining safe and clean truck conditions. Your commitment helps contribute to WINS' mission of supporting women and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate donor items and provide respectful feedback

• Carefully transport goods to designated locations

• Maintain cleanliness and report any vehicle issues

• Deliver items to customers with a positive attitude

• Assist with sorting and organizing donations in-house

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2 years of experience driving larger vehicles

• Clean Class 5 Driver’s license and abstract

• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs safely

• Strong communication skills and local navigation knowledge
