We are hiring skilled winter equipment operators who will be responsible primarily for operating plow trucks during the winter season. EMCON SERVICES INC. also tasks operators with maintaining signage and infrastructure, contributing significantly to road safety. The role demands that operators be available for 24/7 on-call duty throughout the winter, ensuring roads remain passable and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive plow trucks to maintain clear roadways

• Perform maintenance on road signs and guiderails

• Repair and manage winter road-related issues

• Provide on-call support for emergency responses

• Work with the team to enhance road safety

Requirements:

• Minimum Class 3 AB Driver’s Licence

• Class 1 licence is a plus

• Must be on call 24/7 during the winter season

• Previous experience in snow removal operations

• Strong focus on safety and collaborative work
