Global Logistics Coordinator at WestJet

Become a key player in West Jet's Global Logistics team as a Coordinator, ensuring seamless outbound shipments and compliance.

This role offers a dynamic Monday to Friday schedule in an agile environment.

As part of the Supply Chain office, you will support internal guests like Tech Ops, IT, and Marketing. Your focus will be on adhering to safety protocols and ensuring efficient order coordination. A strong commitment to excellence and motivation will set you up for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package, label, and process shipments efficiently

• Ship Dangerous Goods safely with necessary documentation

• Analyze cost-effective shipping routes for timely delivery

• Maintain stock of shipping materials and equipment

• Coordinate mailroom operations across multiple buildings

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ logistics or inventory operations experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical demands

• Class 5 Operator’s license with clean driver's abstract

• Strong communication skills, fluent in English

• Forklift experience preferred
