Truck and Trailer Technician at KAG

Reporting to the Calgary Shop Manager, you will manage day-to-day repairs and maintenance of our fleet, focusing on safety and teamwork. We are looking for licensed technicians or apprentices ready to work flexible shifts and contribute to our operational excellence. Your reliability and mechanical skills will play a vital role in our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute routine maintenance on trucks and trailers

• Diagnose issues with fuel and asphalt transport vehicles

• Work flexible hours, including evenings and on-call shifts

• Foster a safe work environment

• Support team improvements and share ideas

Requirements:

• Licensed/Apprentice Heavy Equipment Technician (3rd/4th year)

• Experience with trailers and tankers is a plus

• Willingness to adapt to various working hours

• Strong focus on safety at work

• Complete required health assessments and screenings
