Join a quick‑growing company! Tenco, which recently expanded its facilities, employs about 350 people at sites in Ontario, Alberta, and Quebec. As part of Alamo Snow & Ice Group, Tenco designs turnkey heavy snow removal solutions for the North American market.

Job Summary  We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Shipper‑Receiver to join our Calgary site. Responsibilities include accurate handling of shipments, inventory control, and organization of the warehouse and yard.
Responsibilities   Receive and document all incoming shipments.
Load and unload trailers, including both flat‑deck and enclosed types.
Perform daily forklift inspections and operate forklifts safely to move and store materials.
Maintain daily inventory counts and resolve any stock discrepancies.
Manage shipping and receiving by verifying all incoming and outgoing orders.
Keep the yard and storage areas clean, organized, and properly labeled.
Coordinate with the parts department and shop foreman to ensure timely deliveries.
Requirements   High school diploma.
3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
Forklift experience and certification preferred.
Valid Class5 driver’s license.
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, ERP).
Comfortable working in a physically active, outdoor workplace.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits  Salary: $27 $ 39 per hour. 44‑hour workweek, day shift, Monday to Friday. Overtime available when needed. Year‑round, long‑term full‑time employment. Yearly boot and tool allowances; disability, medical, and dental insurance, with 3% RRSP matching.
