We are seeking a skilled Sit Down Counterbalance Forklift Operator with over 12 years of experience in LTL freight management. In this role, you will independently load and unload freight, prioritize shipments based on schedules, and maintain strict inventory accuracy. Your expertise will contribute to a seamless transition for the morning crew while ensuring operational safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Sit‑Down Counterbalance forklift for LTL freight

• Load and unload trailers with balanced weight distribution

• Independently manage shipments prioritizing departure times

• Scan and track freight for 100% inventory accuracy

• Report any damaged goods before transport

Requirements:

• Valid Forklift Ticket/Certification is required

• Over 12 years operating a Sit‑Down Counterbalance forklift

• Experience with LTL freight is an asset

• Valid license and reliable transportation required

• CSA-approved steel-toed boots and high-visibility gear needed
