WINS Donation Center Moving Associate

Support the WINS Donation Centre in Calgary as a Moving Associate, working with drivers to deliver a positive experience for all donors and clients. This role emphasizes teamwork and excellent customer service.

As a Moving Associate, you will assist with picking up donations while ensuring efficient organization and delivery. Duties include interacting positively with donors, assessing items, and safely transporting goods. You will also contribute to community welfare, representing the values of WINS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage donors kindly and ensure their donation experience is pleasant

• Evaluate donations, guiding donors on acceptability

• Collaborate in unloading and moving inventory with the team

• Ensure safe transportation of goods across multiple locations

• Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle to uphold standards

Requirements:

• Familiarity with navigation in Calgary and surrounding areas

• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor

• Excellent communication skills and orientation towards service

• Valid work eligibility and background check clearance

• Capacity for physical tasks including lifting heavy items
