WINS Donation Centre Driver Mover

Join WINS in Calgary as a Donation Centre Driver Mover and play a vital role in collecting and delivering donations. Your commitment will ensure a smooth process for clients and donors alike.

We are seeking a dedicated individual with open availability from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. In this role, you will drive the WINS fleet, pick up donations, facilitate inter-location transfers, and provide an exceptional experience for everyone you meet. You'll ensure that every route is completed promptly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm greetings to all donors during pick-up

• Evaluate donations and communicate acceptance decisions

• Safely load and transport goods to delivery locations

• Maintain truck cleanliness and submit trip reports

• Make client interactions respectful and positive

Requirements:

• Hold a Grade 12 education or equivalent experience

• Have at least 2 years driving large vehicles

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s license and clear driving record

• Capable of lifting significant weight safely

• Strong communication abilities and local route familiarity
