This role requires availability from Tuesday to Saturday, where you will uphold NAPA’s reputation for excellence by handling deliveries with care. You will manage order verification and contribute to customer satisfaction through friendly interactions, making it a key position in our community-focused operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely delivery of parts and accessories
• Verify orders before departure and during delivery
• Load and unload items safely
• Maintain clear communication with clients and team members
• Deliver high-quality customer service effectively
Requirements:
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Professional demeanor while representing our brand
• Enthusiasm for ongoing training and development
