• Ensure carrier compliance and track performance metrics

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics or similar field preferred

• 1-3 years’ experience in transportation or logistics

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities

• Familiarity with TMS and carrier management tools

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
