Position: Pool Pilot Role at STARS Aviation
STARS Aviation is looking for a dedicated Pool Pilot for full-time engagement across any of our six bases. This role requires flexible travel readiness for emergency flights.

In this position, you will effectively manage piloting duties as either the Pilot in Command or Second in Command, focusing on patient care missions. You are expected to maintain all required certifications and prepare for the AH145 training starting August 1, 2026. Your ability to adapt to operational requirements will be key to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate STARS aircraft at all times

• Hold a current Category 1 aviation medical

• Stay current with aircraft, regulations, and publications

• Comply with all training and licensing standards

• Engage in travel to any STARS base as needed

Requirements:

• Current aircraft captain or upgrade within 6 months

• Commercial Rotary Wing Licence holder

• Minimum of 1,000 flight hours with helicopters

• Experience in Multi-Engine and Night/IFR

• Valid Class 1 medical certification
