WINS Fleet Team Lead Position

Lead operational support at WINS Donation Centre as a Fleet Team Lead. You'll manage transportation logistics, ensuring safe and timely deliveries while fostering a professional donor experience.

In this hands-on leadership role, collaborate with the Fleet Manager and assist in supporting route management and operational tasks. Oversee loading and delivery execution while maintaining safety and compliance. Your coordination will be essential for aligning transportation services with WINS' mission of empowering women and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily routing for WINS trucks

• Lead safe loading and unloading of goods

• Communicate delivery expectations with teams

• Monitor team performance and workflow progress

• Ensure compliance with safety policies

Requirements:

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education

• 2 years transportation or logistics experience

• 1 year supervisory experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills
