Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and negotiation for rail service

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in relevant field

• Over 10 years of rail experience

• Minimum 3 years in the oil and gas sector

• Strong financial and strategic planning abilities

• Proficient in data analysis and relationship building
