Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support to flight crews and account managers

• Ensure compliance with flight routing and duty regulations

• Manage customs scheduling, pre-alerting agencies of flight assignments

• Obtain foreign government landing and overflight permits

• Monitor weather, airspace, and traffic control conditions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in aviation management or related field

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Previous experience in business aviation preferred

• Knowledge of CARs and FAA regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
