Flight Coordinator at AirSprint

Elevate your career as a Flight Coordinator with Air Sprint. This dynamic role focuses on coordinating logistical support for safe and efficient flight operations.

As a Flight Coordinator, you’ll report to the Operations Control Manager and work four days on followed by four days off. You will coordinate operational logistics including customs arrangements and airport services, ensuring all flight details are accurately communicated to crew members. This is a hands-on role, adapting to real-time operational changes while maintaining compliance and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate flight logistics, including permits and airport access

• Arrange airport services like handling and cleaning

• Confirm flight details with crew members

• Monitor overseas flight requirements with planning providers

• Ensure timely response for Irregular Operations (IROPs)

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least one year in operational logistics, ideally in aviation

• Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Completed Flight Dispatcher Examinations is an asset
