Senior Transportation Coordinator at Loblaw

In this full-time role, you'll coordinate daily operations for drivers ensuring compliance with all meat inspections and shipment pre-planning. Your strong organizational and leadership skills will play a pivotal role in overseeing driver-related communications and addressing any arising issues. Experience in transport, supply chain, or warehouse operations for 1-2 years will be vital to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transmit and receive daily information for drivers

• Review and verify meat inspections from drivers

• Handle driver satellite messages and phone calls

• Coordinate with Planning for driver load assignments

• Track drivers enroute and report ETA changes

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Transport/Supply Chain

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and problem solve

• College education preferred

• Leadership capabilities in a logistics environment
