Field Dispatcher at FedEx

Drive efficiency as a Field Dispatcher with Fed Ex. This role focuses on dispatching transportation equipment to meet delivery obligations while ensuring safety compliance.

As a Field Dispatcher, you will execute dispatch operations according to the Linehaul plan r responsibilities include maximizing trailer volume, entering dispatch data into the TMS, and verifying equipment status in the yard. You will investigate delays and implement contingency plans, all while communicating safety initiatives to promote a safety-conscious culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch transportation equipment per Linehaul plan

• Maximize trailer volume for timely deliveries

• Enter dispatch events into the TMS system

• Verify equipment location and load status

• Communicate safety initiatives effectively

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Dispatch experience preferred

• Bilingual in French and English if residing in Quebec

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Ability to operate in PC Windows environment
