Position: Learjet 45 Captain Aviation Role
Lead safe corporate jet operations with unrivaled client experience as a Learjet 45 Captain. Ensure compliance and excellence while managing all aspects of the flight.

As a Captain on the Learjet 45, you will oversee flights under IFR and VFR, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Responsibilities include preflight planning, fuel strategies, and continuous safety improvements. Your leadership will mentor the First Officer and involve close collaboration with dispatch and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Command LR45 flights, ensuring full regulatory compliance

• Own preflight planning, performance calculations, and risk assessment

• Lead the flight deck; mentor and support the First Officer

• Uphold safety culture through proactive reporting

• Deliver premium client experiences consistent with corporate aviation

Requirements:

• 3,000 total pilot hours required

• 1,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command

• 500 hours in Jet PIC, type rating not required

• Valid ATPL license (TCCA) and Class 1 medical

• ICAO English proficiency Level 4 or higher
