Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with NSC, HOS, and Transport Canada regulations

• Develop and maintain fleet safety programs to enhance operations

• Oversee driver training and compliance with licensing requirements

• Lead accident investigations and implement preventive measures

• Maintain accurate records and submit regulatory reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in fleet management or compliance leadership

• Diploma or degree in Transportation or Safety Management

• Knowledge of NSC, CVOR, and FMCSA regulations

• Proficiency with fleet management systems like Samsara

• Strong communication and analytical skills
