Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our construction and heavy equipment operation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting materials, equipment, and personnel to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations. This role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse fleet of heavy machinery and contribute to large-scale construction projects.

• Safely operate commercial trucks to transport materials, equipment, and personnel between construction sites and storage facilities.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and ensure maintenance issues are reported promptly.
• Operate Vactor 2100 flusher unit for cleaning sewer pipes.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo documentation, and delivery records in compliance with transportation regulations.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to ensure timely delivery schedules and efficient operations.
• Follow all safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and transportation procedures.
• Perform routine mechanical checks on vehicles and machinery to ensure optimal performance.

• Valid commercial driver’s license (Class 3 with a Q) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, and pavers.
• Mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with hydrovac a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety standards and procedures.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations governing commercial vehicle operation.
• Prior experience in construction or heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy loads when necessary.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
