As a Truck Driver for Inland Steel, you'll be essential to our operations in the metal recycling industry. This position requires a commitment to safety, quality work, and effective communication. You'll enjoy a permanent, full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with potential overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect trucks and trailers for mechanical issues

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on vehicles

• Actively promote and participate in safety programs

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck cab

• Operate various company trucks, including flat decks and lugger trucks

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of driving experience with class 1A license

• Experience with manual transmission vehicles

• Clean driver's abstract
