Transdev Canada is hiring a Casual Medical Dispatcher in Calgary for our essential Paramedical / Non Emergency Medical Transportation division. Join a dedicated team that prioritizes patient-centered service delivery.

In this role, you will coordinate daily dispatch activities, including trip bookings and staffing organization for patient transport. Your experience will help monitor ongoing transports and facilitate effective communication among operational stakeholders. With your contributions, you'll promote efficient service while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily paramedical transportation operations

• Maintain communication with management and clients

• Entry and upkeep of dispatch information systems

• Monitor transport activities for safety and efficiency

• Support administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous dispatch or EMS coordination experience

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure

• Experience with scheduling software preferred

• Commitment to service excellence and confidentiality
