This full-time, permanent role requires strong technical skills and knowledge of MS Access and MS Excel. As a Truck Drivers Supervisor, you will prepare reports, resolve work issues, and monitor operations. Your responsibilities include training team members and recommending improvements to work methods for better productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare production and other relevant reports
• Recommend improvements to enhance work methods
• Resolve technical work problems as they arise
• Train drivers and arrange further training as needed
• Monitor operations using signal and control panels
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate
• 7 months to less than 1 year experience
• Proficiency in MS Access and MS Excel
• Strong oral communication skills
• Organized with a detail-oriented mindset
