We are looking for a First Officer to partner closely with the Captain, adhering to company SOPs and regulatory requirements. This role demands thorough preflight planning, FMS/avionics management, and a commitment to situational awareness from taxi to touchdown. Your input will support a just culture and informed decision-making in every flight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ alongside the Captain

• Conduct preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel planning

• Manage FMS/avionics and monitor automation throughout the flight

• Execute safety-focused checklists and briefings

• Deliver professional client service on each flight leg

Requirements:

• 2,000 total flight hours required

• 500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC)

• Valid IATRA license and Class 1 medical

• ICAO ELP Level 4 proficiency

• Ability to obtain a RAIC
