Position: Carson Air Metro First Officer Role
Join Carson Air as a qualified First Officer, flying Metro aircraft with a Monday to Friday work schedule. Provide support to the Captain while maintaining a safety-first approach.

We are looking for a safety-focused, IFR-experienced pilot who can assist with flight operations at Carson Air. This position involves hand-flying, including multi-engine operations and adherence to company standards. With flights scheduled 2-3 times a week from home base, pilots can enjoy a balanced work-life while advancing their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in flight operations with the Captain

• Comply with all regulations and company standards

• Perform hand-flying and multi-engine tasks

• Participate in mountain flight operations

• Support safe and efficient flying practices

Requirements:

• Hold a commercial pilot license with multi-IFR rating

• Ideally have 500 hours total flight time

• Ideally possess 100 hours multi-engine flight time

• No Transportation Canada violations or suspensions

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
